Return & Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange any item purchased from King Clothing by following the guidelines below. Our support team operates Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST. Expect responses within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Please allow up to 2 additional business days during new drops or high-volume periods.

We only provide return shipping labels if your item was received damaged or incorrect. Contact us first if your order arrived flawed.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your original delivery date.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer. Items such as undergarments and final sale products are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Include the following inside your return shipment:

If possible, include the original packing slip
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for untracked packages.
We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, our team will reach out to confirm and process either your exchange or refund. Refunds will cover item cost and applicable taxes minus original shipping fees. Processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
